Abstract
The report of Alabama's Water Resources Research Institute at Auburn University describes research and other activities underway during Fiscal Year 1973 (July 1, 1972 through June 30, 1973) and identifies the application of research results for the solution of water resources problems. Alabama's water problems chiefly are in areas of water quality management and protection and water resources planning; these and closely related problem areas receive emphasis in the program of the Water Resources Research Institute.
