| Abstract | This report assesses municipal and water supply needs for the Clifty Creek Basin in Bartholomew, Decatur, Rush, and Shelby counties in Indiana; assesses surface water quality control needs; and estimates need for and value of water storage for regulation of the Clifty Creek flow for these needs for the years 1976 to 2010. This study is considered preliminary and may require additional investigations and refinement prior to construction of the proposed project. |
