Abstract
On April 12, 1996, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published proposed minor revisions to the NPDWRs for Lead and Copper (61 FR 16348). EPA is making available for public review and comment additional data and analyses associated with two of the topics discussed in that proposal: (1) The continued exclusion of TNCWSs from coverage under the LCR; and (2) the requirement for water systems subject to reduced monitoring under the rule to collect tap water samples for lead and copper during the months of June through September.
