Abstract |
Early in 1966, the Governor of New Jersey requested an evaluation of the existing Stream Pollution Control Program in New Jersey with recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the Program. The report evaluates and suggests legislation for revising the state's water pollution control program in response to the Governor's request by the Hudson-Champlain Project of the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration.
