| Abstract |
This analysis is in support of the Ohio River Basin Energy Study (ORBES), a multidisciplinary policy research program supported by the Environmental Protection Agency. It examines the effect of economic incentives on public and private decisions affecting energy production and use, focusing on the economics of coal and nuclear power generation and of household space and water heating. |
