The third session of the conference in the matter of Pollution of The Interstate Waters of The North Platte River, involving the States of Wyoming and Nebraska, is presented. The purpose of the conference was to bring together the States and the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, to lay a basis for future action and to give the States, localities and industries an opportunity to take any action which may be indicated under State and local law.
