Abstract
The study analyzed existing solid waste collection and disposal facilities in the New Orleans Metropolitan Area, and developed a master plan for an integrated collection and disposal system. A solution to the refuse problem is proposed in two stages, covering periods from the present to 1980, and from 1980 to 1990. (Author)
