Abstract |
The document provides the background for EPA's rationale and technical support for selecting the proposed constituents to be regulated in F024 and for developing proposed treatment standards for these constituents. The document also provides waste characterization information that serves as a basis for determining whether variances from a treatment standard may be warranted for a particular F024 waste that has characteristics such that the particular waste is more difficult to treat than the wastes that were analyzed in developing treatment standards for F024. |
