| Abstract | The report reconstructs a record of siting applications submitted to local or county governments for Jan. 1, 1995, through June 20, 1996. Information from previous sitting location studies, permit files, log books, citizens' phone calls, review of newsclip files, and PCB records provide the basis for this report. Letters were sent to all 102 counties involved in siting a facility to ascertain what activity has taken place in their jurisdictions. |
