Abstract
The Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) at Arlington is in need of capacity improvements to meet the expected population growth projected and planned for in accordance with the City of Arlingtons Comprehensive Land Use Plan through 2025. Currently the WWTP has been operating near or above its capacity for influent total suspended solids (TSS). Additionally, the WWTP will soon be unable to process and store sludge generated at the current capacity.
