Abstract
Control techniques guideline documents provide information to state and local air pollution control agencies on the acquisition and processing of air quality data and on the planning and analysis required to maintain air quality. This document contains the data and methodologies which EPA believes most accurately describes reasonably available control technologies (RACT) for VOC equipment leaks from synthetic organic chemical and polymer manufacturing plants.
