This document presents technical discussion and analysis relative to the proposed Transportation Control Plan for the Wasatch Front Intrastate Air Quality Control Region (AQCR). The Transportation Control Plan sets forth those control measures that are required beyond the federal motor vehicle emission control program in order to meet the national ambient air quality standards for carbon monoxide. |
