| Abstract | The report is based on data which have been compiled through and in cooperation with state water pollution control agencies. These reports present information about the ways the water resources of the area are used, the pollution entering these water resources and the resulting damages, the benefits which may result from pollution prevention and abatement, pollution prevention measures now in effect, and those which appear to be needed. |
