| Abstract |
This purpose of the workshop is to present financial management and user fee training for local officials. These seminars will provide local officials with information they can readily understand and use to improve the financial health of their water and wastewater treatment operations. The workshop will enable the participant to establish sound financial management practices, assess the financial health of water and wastewater systems and raise revenues through increasing user fees. |
