| Abstract |
The users' manual provides information and guidance on management and implementation of EPA's 'Technical Assistance Team (TAT) for Emergency Response, Removal, and Prevention' contracts. Its primary purpose is to assist Regional and Headquarters EPA personnel in understanding their roles and responsibilities under the contracts and to describe the necessary procedures and requirements that should be followed in managing the contracts. The manual is also intended to be helpful to TAT contractor personnel in terms of their roles and responsibilities vis-a-vis EPA. |
