Abstract
The Fact Sheet presents an overview of EPA's guidance for oversight of enforcement lead projects in which a Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) conducts the Remedial Design (RD) and Remedial Action (RA). PRP oversight is to ensure that selected remedies are protective of public health and the environment and are in compliance with the Settlement Agreement.
