Abstract
The plan study consists of four parts: An administrative report presenting the selected waste water management system, with background, alternatives, and basic issues; a technical report for environmental assessment, documenting the steps and decisions evolved; the environmental assessment of the proposed project; and detailed background materials with task reports developed during the planning procedure, supporting the issues and conclusions. A distinction is made between water quality objectives, standards or criteria, and limitations.
