| Abstract |
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has published final regulations concerning financial responsibilities for owners and operators of underground storage tank systems containing petroleum. The booklet provides a brief summary and answers some important questions about their financial responsibilities. The complete regulations were published in the Federal Register on October 26, 1988; Underground Storage Ranks Containing Petroleum; Financial Responsibility Requirements and State Program Approval Objective; Final Rule 40 CFR Parts 280 & 281. |
