| Abstract |
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has written regulations for many of the nation's underground storage tank systems. The booklet briefly describes the technical requirements for these systems, which include tanks and piping, for petroleum products and chemicals. The complete regulations were published as Part II of the Federal Register on September 23, 1988; Underground Storage Tanks: Technical Requirements and State Program Approval; Final Rules 40 CFR Parts 280 & 281. |
