| Abstract |
The notice adds one paragraph to P.R. Notice 93-3 (PB94-104148), which requested registrants to amend product labeling to include a new labeling statement prohibiting application of a pesticide to water for certain products. The purpose of this change is twofold: (1) to permit registrants to omit the phrase 'For terrestrial uses' from the labeling statement specified in PR Notice 93-3 when a product is registered only for terrestrial uses and (2) to allow registrants to use a simpler statement that consumers will more readily understand on products registered only for residential use. |
