| Abstract |
A general methodology is presented for relating parameters of traffic behavior at parking facilities, including vehicle running time, facility use rate and numbers of vehicles running, to more readily available characteristics of the facilities, including physical layout, number and capacity of entrance and exit gates, parking capacity and demographic environment. Such relationships are to be used to relate parking facility characteristics to air quality. |
