| Abstract | This decision document presents the selected remedial action for the Operable Unit No. 1 (OU No. 1) at the Defense Distribution Region West - Tracy, Tracy, California. This Record of Decision has been prepared for Operable Unit No. 1. Operable Unit No. 1 (OU No. 1) is defined as the contaminated groundwater plume, on and off base, emanating from DDRW-Tracy. This plume of contamination is primarily characterized by PCE and TCE, and secondarily characterized by other volatile organic compounds and potentially by inorganics and pesticides. This ROD is setting aquifer cleanup levels for PCE, TCE and DCE. |
