Abstract
The decision document presents the selected remedial action for the Rutledge Property Superfund Site (the Site), located in Rock Hill, York County, South Carolina. The remedial action addresses groundwater contamination. The major components of the selected remedy include: Extraction of contaminated groundwater; Direct discharge to POTW of extracted groundwater; Deed restrictions; Long-term groundwater monitoring; and, Additional work during the remedial design phase.
