Abstract
This decision document presents the selected remedial actions for the Norton Air Force Base (AFB) Central Base Area (CBA) Operable Unit (OU) in San Bernardino, California. The response actions address the documented principal public health and environmental threats from the CBA OU. Actions for the CBA OU have been selected to address the volatile organic compound (VOC)-impacted groundwater (both on- and offbase), and the TCE soil sources in the CBA.
