Abstract
The objective of the study was to evaluate the immunotoxic effects of Bis (tri-n-butyltin) oxide (TBTO) using resistance to Listeria monocytogenes infection, following oral administration by admixture in the diet to the Sprague-Dawley rat for 34 days. The measurement of the clearance of the bacteria 4 days after the inoculation is an evaluation of cell-mediated immunity.
