Abstract
The purpose of the report is to present the results of a preliminary study of future needs and uses of the water resources of the Russian River Basin. Specific objectives for the study are as follows: Estimate future municipal and industrial water supply requirements in - The Russian River Basin; Probable market areas outside the Russian River Basin in Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano Counties; Estimate the need for storage for the regulation of flows for the purpose of water quality control in the Russian River.
