| Abstract |
Groups of 5 male and 5 female Wistar Han rats were administered the test material by inhalation for four hours to a time-weighted average chamber concentration of 35.1 mg/m3 and were observed for 14 days. Three males and two females survived the observation period. Neurologic toxicity was observed in all surviving animals. Observations included incoordination, inability to walk and one female had tremors. |
