Abstract
The purpose of this procedural guidance is to present an innovative approach to municipal wastewater operations and maintenance management. The procedure is called the Integrated Management Program (IMP). IMP refines and organizes established doctrine into functional unit operations that have been historically opened to interpretation and use. The system introduces a modular concept that integrates Administrative, Personnel and Training, Operation, and Maintenance functions into manageable units.
