| Abstract |
In March 1966 there was issued Part 1 of a report on this subject, Chapter 8 of which indicated that studies were planned on the influence of water quality parameters on cost elements and also on some relationships among the non-cost operating ratios. The present report constitutes the intended Part 2 containing elements of analysis and conclusions. |
