Abstract
The manual presents a procedure for assessing the impact of hazardous air emissions from disposal facilities on the downwind population. The report is prepared to provide the facility owner or operator and the permit writer guidance on evaluating the performance of facility design, and preparation and analysis of the permit application. The manual will also provide a quantitative tool for the rational evaluation of hazardous air emissions from land disposal facilities, and for prediction of ambient air quality of hazardous waste components.
