The document describes the statistical analyses of data on pollutant loadings in effluent wastestreams from pulp, paper, and paperboard facilities. Included are the analyses that support the revised subcategorization and proposed effluent limitations for biochemical oxygen demand and total suspended solids based upon the best practicable control technology currently available.
