| Abstract |
During the course of the investigation it was found that practically all of the ponds tested contained some thermophilic microorganisms. Studies conducted with these thermophiles indicated that they held considerable potential as a means of stabilizing domestic sewage. It seemed desirable to include in the report only that material relating to sewage stabilization by aerobic thermophiles. |
