Abstract |
This is a gas chromatographic (GC) method applicable to the determination of selected pesticides in municipal and industrial discharges as provided under 40CFR 136.1. A sample is solvent extracted with methylene chloride using a separatory funnel. The extract is concentrated, then analyzed by GC with a nitrogen-specific detector. The compounds included in the method scope are: bromacil, deet, hexazinone, metribuzin, terbacil, triadimefon, and tricyclazole. |
