Abstract
The purpose and objectives of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Automated Data Processing (ADP) planning activities are to obtain the most cost-effective computing/telecommunications resources to meet EPA's computing requirements for the 1981 through 1990 time period. A detailed system study was performed, which identifies the current and projected ADP requirements for the period 1981 through 1990. Each ADP activity is identified using Zero Based Budget (ZBB) decision units and then projected using a multiple scenario approach. Volume 2 is the detailed report.
