EPA's Office of Information Anaysis and Acces (OIAA) within the Office of Environmental Information (OEI) engaged DecisionPath Consulting to identify the business requirements for integrated environmental information and make recommendations for how OEI can more effectively manage information, better serve its customers, and further its mission. To accomplish this effort, we interviewed 39 EPA employees, primarily for OEI, and reviewed a number of documents about EPA's mission, strategic plan, management challenges, enterprise architecture, and related business and IT topics.
