| Abstract |
Federal standards for the control of air emissions from marine vessel loading operations are being proposed under authority of Section 183(f) of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. These standards would apply to both existing and new marine terminals where liquids are loaded into marine vessels. The document contains background information on emissions from marine vessel loading operations, costs of controlling these emissions and environmental and economic impact assessments of the regulatory alternatives considered in developing the proposed standards. |
