| Abstract |
This decision document presents the selected remedial actions for operable units 2 and 4 (OU2 and OU4) of the Des Moins TCE Superfund Site in Des Moines, Iowa. The main components of the selected remedy include: Maintenance activities as called for by the response action Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plans; Periodic seal coats applied to the existing asphalt cap; Sampling of soils at the South Pond discharge area during CERCLA reviews; and Land use restrictions to maintain industrial use of the property. |
