Abstract |
This report is a product of the above efforts. The beach protection system studied in this program is designed to limit the environmental damage caused by oil spills originating from oil exploration, production and transportation. A sorbent-based beach protection system has been investigated and tested for deployment on shorelines and within the intertidal zones of beaches. |
