Abstract
This paper relates the experiences of the Susquehanna Field Station-Chesapeake Bay-Susquehanna River Basins Project--in the use of Rhodamine B dye techniques in the stream environments of the Susquehanna River Basin. Particular problems encountered in the use of fluorescent tracer techniques, and the solution of many of these problems will be discussed. Instruments and equipment found most suitable for streams in the Susquehanna Basin are listed.
