Recommended methods, techniques, and alternatives for selecting and designing mining systems, based on a review and critical evaluation of the methods reported in the literature and applied in the field, and using the geological and hydrological settings prior to mining as basic inputs, have been structured into guidelines for developing, evaluating, and selecting mining and reclamation plans, prior to commencement of mining. |
