Abstract
The Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation (SITE) Subcommittee reviewed the technical aspects of EPA's SITE program including: (1) whether the stated program objectives have been met; (2) scientific aspects of the program, including the preparation of test, quality assurance, and quality control plans, sample collections, and field activities, and procedures for evaluation and interpretation of results leading to conclusions and recommendations; (3) impacts and improvements; and (4) whether the approach taken has supported technology commercialization.
