| Abstract | The requirements of Environmental Impact Analyses for each of the various states have been surveyed. In eight states and in Puerto Rico, impact statements are a statutory requirement; in four states, they are required by Executive Order. In a few cases, the impact statement requirement extends to local as well as state agencies. (Author) |
