| Abstract |
The report documents the methodologies used to develop a National 'top-down' emission inventory for VOC, NOx and CO for the years 1987 - 1991 by source category for every county. It is intended for use by EPA Regional offices, by State and local agencies, and by industry and its consultants. It also provides detailed information on the assumptions made in developing a national level inventory. |
