| Abstract |
1, 1, 1-Trichloroethane (stabilized) from Baker Chemical Company (Lot No. 110839) was tested at three dose levels in the Salmonella/microsome dessicator assay. Strains TA1535 and TA100 were used with and without metabolic activation (S9). Both strains were checked for UV, Amp and deep rough LPS mutation markers; both strains passed these tests. |
