The document presents information on emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from a bulk gasoline plant in Shelby County, Tennessee. The bulk plant is reported to emit less than 25 tons per year of VOC. The results of the analysis are used to identify reasonably available control technology (RACT) for VOC emissions from bulk gasoline plants in Shelby County emitting or showing the potential to emit 25 tons per year or less of VOC.
