Abstract |
This document characterizes carbon monoxide emission sources and controls for use by states in revising State Implementation Plans. It is intended for use by state and local air pollution control engineers to provide basic available informaton on carbon monoxide emissions from mobile sources, stationary combustion sources, and industrial process sources. Both demonstrated and feasible control strategies are presented for each source. Information is also provided on emission reduction benefits, energy requirements of controls, and annualized and operating costs of controls. |
