Abstract | President Clinton recently proposed a new Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) to help public water systems comply with the Safe Drinking Water Act. The Environmental Protection Agency submitted the Administration's statement of principles for the Drinking Water SRF to Congress. The paper outlines the benefits of the SRF and complying with the Safe Drinking Water Act. Water System Compliance trends are also discussed. |
