| Abstract |
Standards of Performance for the control of VOC emissions from affected facilities that perform exterior surface coating of plastic parts for business machines are being proposed under authority of Section III of the Clean Air Act. These standards would apply to each new, modified, and reconstructed spray booth in which plastic parts for business machines are surface coated and that commence construction on or after the date of proposal of the regulation. The document contains background information and environmental and economic impact assessments of the regulatory alternatives considered in developing the proposed standards. |
