| Abstract |
Information was developed on sources and quantities of waste oils, current and potential recycle and disposal methods, and the environmental impact of these methods. In addition to an extensive literature search, surveys (of rerefiners, collectors and processors, the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Metro area and Standard Industrial Classification groups) were conducted to develop information reported. |
