Abstract
The report was prepared in order that interested persons in local air pollution agencies might build their own isokinetic source-sampling equipment. This equipment was designed and has been used since 1967 by employees of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Air Pollution Control Office (APCO). In a field test, the equipment was run for two 24-hour periods without encountering any malfunctions. The construction details include: The meter box; Umbilical cord; Sample box with glassware; Probe; and Calibration procedures for the orifice and meter.
